The provider is responsible for the quality and completeness of clinical records, including developing and updating individualized service plans (Isps) and completing accurate, timely documentation for billable services. Key duties involve providing community psychiatric supportive treatment (Cpst) activities such as assessment, isp formulation, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapeutic support to maintain client functioning in the least-Restrictive environment.

Requirements summary

A bachelor’s degree in a behavioral/Mental health field is required, or a high school diploma with three years of relevant experience, along with proficiency in computer use, including microsoft word. Candidates must successfully complete required training in mental health competencies, possess a valid driver's license, and obtain cpr/First aid and nci/Cpi certifications within 90 days of employment.
