1 direct aba treatment to clients to increase skills and decrease problem behaviors while working under the supervision of a bcba. Support parent and caregiver training, collect data, and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions.

Candidates should have rbt certification and experience working with children, preferably in an aba setting. A bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field is preferred, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
