Clinical Educator

The clinical educator designs, implements, and evaluates orientation and continuing education programs for clinical staff to ensure organizational standards. They also facilitate professional development, provide leadership for clinical improvement initiatives, and act as a resource during the orientation process.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing and possess at least 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience. A valid pennsylvania registered nurse license and basic life support certification are required upon hire.
