Core responsibilities
The intern will gain knowledge of the professional development and education department's daily operations, including exposure to the development and scheduling of training opportunities. Key tasks involve conducting staff surveys to identify learning needs, compiling data-Informed reports, and assisting with updating training content in the learning management system.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or phd in psychology, social work, or a similar field, and must possess a high school diploma or ged. Essential requirements include excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, along with technical aptitude in ms office applications and a valid ct driver's license.
