The Senior Counselor is responsible for supervising children and all assigned activities while ensuring safe, healthy, and developmentally appropriate childcare practices. This includes providing daily care, encouraging engagement in activities, implementing positive behavior management, and maintaining clean and safe facilities and equipment.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, demonstrate maturity, good judgment, and creativity, and possess previous camp or group childcare experience. Successful completion of required background checks related to criminal history and child/adult abuse is mandatory.
