Rate of pay

$15.00 – $16.00. Final compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.

Essential Responsibilities: Youth Sports Instructor (Basketball, Soccer, Flag Football, Volleyball, Pickleball):

A Youth Sports Instructor is responsible for teaching and coaching children in various sports, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and good sportsmanship. The instructor helps kids develop fundamental skills, understand the rules of the sport, and fosters a positive, inclusive environment where children can enjoy learning and playing sports. This role involves planning and executing age-appropriate activities and drills, ensuring safety, and motivating young athletes to perform to the best of their abilities.

  • Lead youth sports classes, teaching basic skills and techniques in various sports (e.g., soccer, basketball, baseball).
  • 2.
  • Demonstrate proper techniques and provide constructive feedback.
  • 3.
  • Ensure that each child participates actively and develops a love for physical activity.

  • Monitor the safety of all participants during practices, games, and activities.
  • 5.
  • Ensure that sports equipment is properly maintained and safe for use.
  • 6.
  • Enforce safety rules and ensure children follow instructions.

Program Specialist (Tumbling)

A Tumbling Program Specialist is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and supervision of tumbling programs. This role involves instructing students on various tumbling skills and techniques, ensuring their safety and providing a structured and engaging learning environment. The Tumbling Program Specialist works with individuals or groups of varying ages and skill levels, helping them improve their coordination, strength, flexibility, and technique in tumbling and acrobatics.

  • Design and develop tumbling programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced students.
  • 2.
  • Create structured lesson plans focusing on key tumbling skills such as rolls, handstands, flips, cartwheels, and other acrobatic movements.
  • 3.
  • Continuously update the curriculum based on new techniques, trends, and student feedback.
  • 4.
  • Teach tumbling classes, guiding students through proper techniques for various tumbling skills, ensuring correct form to prevent injury.
  • 5.
  • Demonstrate exercises and routines, offering hands-on guidance and corrections during training sessions.
