Y Night Staff

The primary role involves facilitating engaging programs for 4th-6th graders on friday nights to build skills, values, and friendships in a safe environment. Staff must collaborate with others, monitor participants, provide positive redirection for negative behaviors, and strictly adhere to all safety and abuse reporting protocols.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess excellent communication skills tailored to the audience, with experience working with middle schoolers being desired. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and involves physical engagement in active games and lifting up to 30 pounds for equipment setup.
