Career Navigator, Work Ready & EARN

The career navigator will plan and facilitate career readiness and job placement activities to help clients achieve their employment goals, focusing on long-Term career satisfaction. This involves providing intake, assessments, workshops, job search support, job coaching, and career development services in collaboration with goodwill staff for earn and work ready participants.

Candidates must meet specific educational and experience criteria, requiring either a high school diploma with 4 years of experience, an associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 0-1 year of experience. Required qualifications also include experience working with populations facing significant employment barriers, job placement experience, and skills in public speaking and negotiation, along with maintaining valid clearances and reliable transportation.
