Career Navigator, Work Ready & EARN

The career navigator will plan and facilitate career readiness and job placement activities to meet individual employment goals, focusing on long-Term career satisfaction for participants in the work ready and earn programs. Responsibilities include providing intake, assessments, workshops, job search support, job coaching, and career development services in collaboration with goodwill staff.

Candidates must meet specific education and experience criteria, requiring either a high school diploma with 4 years of experience, an associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree with 0-1 year of experience. Required qualifications also include experience working with populations facing significant employment barriers, job placement experience, and skills in public speaking and negotiation, along with possessing a valid driver's license and required background clearances.
