Career Navigator, OCC

The career navigator will plan and facilitate career readiness and job placement activities to help participants achieve their individual employment goals, working closely with goodwill human service team members. This role involves providing intake, assessments, facilitating workshops, and offering job search support with a focus on coaching and career development.

Candidates must meet specific education and experience criteria, which can be a high school diploma with 5 years of experience, an associate's degree with 3 years, or a bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience. Required qualifications also include experience working with at-Risk populations, strong interpersonal skills, and possessing a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
