Youth Service Navigator (Impact)

The youth service navigator provides individualized guidance, advocacy, and case management to help youth access essential services and achieve long-Term stability. This role involves conducting assessments, developing service plans, and collaborating with community partners to reduce barriers to employment and education.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma with 4+ years of experience, an associate degree with 2+ years of experience, or a bachelor degree with 0-1 years of experience. Required experience includes working with at-Risk, low-Income, foster care, or adjudicated youth.
