Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional is responsible for implementing daily programs and activities that support the organization's youth development mission. They also provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to club members to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old. Previous experience working with children and the ability to manage behavior and motivate youth are required.
