Youth Development Professional

The youth development professional is responsible for implementing daily programs and activities for club members while ensuring their safety and well-Being. They also focus on building positive, productive relationships with members to facilitate their success.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be at least 18 years old. Experience working with children and the ability to manage behavior in a high-Energy environment are required.
