Monthly Pooled-Upward Bound Summer Program Student Success Navigator

The navigator will provide age-Based advising and developmental support to project participants residing in residence halls, assisting them in overcoming obstacles to academic and personal goals while promoting college access. Essential duties include residing in the halls, creating a safe environment for discussions, facilitating stress relief, assisting with supervision, and actively participating in participants' academic success through mentoring and homework help.

Minimum qualifications require the completion of at least one year of graduate study in counselor education, social work, or psychology, along with a valid driver's license compliant with university standards. Candidates must also pass a criminal background check for working with minors and possess current first aid and cpr certifications.
