Hourly Pooled - Campus Recreation - Outdoor Program Climbing Wall Route Setter

The primary duties involve setting boulder and top rope problems in the climbing gym, which includes taking down old routes, cleaning holds, and ensuring all routes are safe and well-Assessed in collaboration with other setters. Additionally, the setter must help provide high-Quality customer service, enforce gym policies, and assist with general cleaning and upkeep of the facility.

Applicants must be current university of wyoming students with previous experience in roped or bouldering climbing, demonstrating a willingness to learn setting techniques and policies. Desired qualifications include prior route setting experience or previous employment at a climbing gym.
