Professional Development Specialist - Home Health/Hospice

This role involves designing, implementing, and sustaining educational and certification programs to advance the clinical and professional growth of nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. The specialist assesses learning needs, delivers diverse instructional methods, evaluates effectiveness, and integrates evidence-Based practices into clinical settings.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or higher in nursing, education, or a related field, along with a wyoming registered nurse license or enlc. A minimum of three years of experience in the area of specialty is required, alongside strong organizational, communication, and adult learning principle knowledge.
