Board Certified Behavior Analyst

The role involves conducting functional behavior assessments (Fbas) and skill-Based assessments, followed by designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include providing ongoing training and supervision to registered behavior technicians (Rbts) and leading group training sessions.

Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba®) in good standing with the bacb® and must obtain a hawai‘i state licensed behavior analyst (Lba) license before the start date. Required qualifications also include experience in aba services behavior analysis, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for professional growth.
