Behavior Technician (Howell)

As a behavior technician in the aba program, the role involves assisting with documentation, billing, treatments, and interventions under the supervision of a licensed board-Certified behavior analyst (Bcba). This includes supporting clinicians to help children and families learn new skills and techniques through effective therapy for autism.

Candidates are suggested to have one year of experience in a therapy facility or related field, or be currently enrolled in a therapy curriculum program, with applied behavior analysis technician experience or training being preferred. Certification as a registered behavior technician (Rbt) is required, or the willingness to obtain it through provided training and supervision.
