Direct Support Professional - Tonawanda

The direct support professional supports adults with developmental disabilities in a community-Based day program by providing recreation, life skills training, and promoting independence. Key duties include following behavior management programs, maintaining accurate documentation of services and progress, and communicating individual needs to coordinators.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with one year of experience working with adults who have developmental disabilities; dayhab experience is preferred. A valid nys driver's license and agency approval of the driving record are mandatory.
