Direct Support Professional - Tonawanda

The direct support professional will support adults with developmental disabilities in a community-Based day program by providing recreation, life skills training, and promoting independence. This role requires following behavior management programs, maintaining accurate documentation of services and progress, and communicating individual needs to support staff.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have one year of experience working with adults who have developmental disabilities; dayhab experience is preferred. A valid nys driver's license and agency approval of the driving record are mandatory requirements for this position.
