Adjunct Faculty – Student Success Navigator

The primary responsibility involves early identification of academic challenges for doctor of pharmacy students and facilitating support strategies to promote their progression through collaboration with various support staff. This includes conducting prompt analyses, individualized academic coaching, monitoring performance, and maintaining accurate documentation of student interactions and outcomes.

Required qualifications include a pharmd (Preferred) or a b.s. In pharmacy with relevant experience, along with excellent organizational and communication skills necessary to work independently and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders. Preferred experience involves academic coaching, advising, remediation, teaching, or mentoring students.
