Men's Water Polo Assistant Coach

The assistant coach assists the head coach in managing all aspects of the division i men’s water polo program, including coaching during practices and competitions, potentially taking oversight in the head coach's absence. Responsibilities also cover recruiting high-Level student-Athletes, academic monitoring, and collaborating on conditioning programs.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience coaching men’s water polo programs is required, along with demonstrated awareness and sensitivity to the needs of a diverse student population. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree and/Or successful division i collegiate or professional water polo coaching experience.
