Swim Coach

The coach is responsible for organizing and leading daily swim practices and meets, which includes ensuring the safety of all swimmers through constant supervision. Essential duties also involve planning the season, assisting with clinics, enforcing conduct rules, and communicating progress to parents.

Candidates need a high school diploma or ged, or two to four years of related experience or training, to qualify for this position. Required certifications include cpr and first aid, with previous swim instruction experience and asca certification being preferred.
