Clinical Educator

The clinical educator will design and deliver individualized orientation plans for new clinicians, provide field orientation oversight, and offer coaching and feedback on clinical documentation. This role also involves developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs to ensure ongoing staff competency and regulatory compliance.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in occupational therapy (Ot) or speech therapy (St), or a doctorate in physical therapy (Pt), and must obtain oasis certification within one year of hire. Preferred qualifications include a cpr instructor certification and proficiency in microsoft office suite.
