Core responsibilities
The home visitor conducts community-Based visits focused on optimizing young children's health and development by supporting parents and caregivers through trauma-Informed and curriculum-Based approaches. Responsibilities include implementing the evidence-Based parents as teachers program with fidelity to foster self-Sufficiency, positive parenting, and family wellness.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a minimum associate's degree in a related field (Like early childhood education or social work) and two years of experience working with children and/Or families, specifically low-Income families with children aged birth through five in their homes. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle use, and strong communication skills are mandatory.
