Freedom School Servant Leader Intern

The servant leader intern will serve as the teacher for up to 10 students, focusing on youth mentoring, academic performance, and connecting families to necessary services. This role involves implementing the integrated reading curriculum with fidelity while maintaining a safe and professional classroom environment.

Candidates should possess a demonstrated commitment to children's well-Being, experience working with diverse youth facing significant barriers, and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate others. A minimum of one year of college education in a related field is preferred, along with the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
