Certified Postpartum Doula

The doula will provide in-Home supportive services, including breastfeeding promotion and pmad screening/Referrals, to ten african american mothers and infants from two days postpartum up to three months. Responsibilities also include conducting community outreach to enroll eligible clients through various marketing and partnership channels.

Applicants must be a certified postpartum doula with at least one year of relevant experience, including working with diverse populations, and must possess specific lactation education/Counselor certification. Required qualifications also include cultural awareness training, hipaa training, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, while residing in los angeles county.
