Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician provides direct client care by delivering high-Quality applied behavioral analysis (Aba) therapy services under the guidance of board certified behavior analysts (Bcbas). This role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting daily treatment notes in the emr system, and collaborating effectively with team members and families to support client needs.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, and while current rbt certification is a plus, experience in a pediatric environment such as daycares or schools is desired. The ideal candidate must thrive in a team setting and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
