Parent Peer Specialist

The family peer specialist partners with families to ensure access to appropriate services and resources for youth with complex emotional and behavioral needs. They provide direct support, advocate for families, and collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate care coordination.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and personal experience with mental health services, either as a caregiver or as someone who has received services. They should also possess knowledge of delaware county's child serving system and demonstrate a passion for helping families.
