Hybrid BCBA

The bcba program supervisor oversees client treatment from assessment through care delivery, conducts assessments, develops treatment plans, and supervises behavior technicians. They also collaborate with families and other professionals to implement best practices in autism care.

Candidates must possess a master’s degree in aba or a related field and have active bcba certification. Experience working with children and families, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are also required.
