Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients delivering high-Quality, intensive aba interventions under the supervision of behavior analysts who develop the treatment plans. Responsibilities include delivering 1:1 direct aba treatment, supporting parent/Caregiver training, and collecting data to monitor client progress.

Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and are preferred to be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology, teaching, or a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.
