Teacher Early HS I

The early head start teacher develops and implements individualized and group educational plans for infants and toddlers to promote holistic growth, working collaboratively with a co-Teacher to manage daily classroom operations and ensure regulatory compliance. Key duties include guiding activities, maintaining a safe learning environment, planning parent conferences and home visits, and documenting child progress through observations and assessments.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field with equivalent coursework, along with experience teaching preschool-Age children and professional english proficiency. Essential requirements include demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, strong organizational skills, knowledge of the head start program, and a commitment to child safety and diversity.
