Teacher Early HS I

The early head start teacher develops and implements individualized and group educational plans for infants and toddlers to promote social-Emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, working collaboratively with a co-Teacher to lead daily classroom operations and ensure regulatory compliance. Key duties involve guiding child activities, maintaining a safe learning environment, nurturing family partnerships, and accurately documenting child progress through observations and assessments.

Candidates must possess a minimum of an associate degree in child development, early childhood education, or a related field with equivalent coursework, along with experience teaching preschool-Age children and professional proficiency in english. Required qualifications also include demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively, strong organizational skills, knowledge of the head start program, and a commitment to child safety and diversity.
