Core responsibilities
This role ensures the accurate collection, entry, and reporting of data for family development services, ersea records, and tracks attendance while providing technical support to teaching staff. The specialist will also conduct classroom observations, train staff and parents, and manage the volunteer program to ensure high-Quality programming.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in early childhood development, social work, adult learning, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience, including demonstrated supervisory experience. Required skills include professional proficiency in ms office and strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative abilities.
