Y-Play Center Attendant (PT) - Dyersburg YMCA

The center attendant is responsible for providing quality, safe care to children aged 6 weeks to 12 years in the child-Watch program while their families use the facility. This includes implementing developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining the program site and equipment, and fostering positive relationships with children and parents.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with previous experience working with diverse populations and children, and must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Required certifications include cpr, first aid, and aed within 30 days of hire, following mandatory new hire orientation and child abuse prevention training.
