STRENGTH Group Fitness Instructor

The instructor is responsible for delivering motivational instruction during group fitness classes to help members achieve their fitness goals and must respond to member issues concerning these classes. Additionally, they must assist with tracking attendance and actively participate in internal communications and updates.

Candidates must have experience teaching various exercise classes like bootcamp, yoga, or hiit, and hold a nationally accredited group fitness certification (Afaa, ace, or nasm preferred). A cpr/Aed certification is also required, though it can be obtained shortly after hiring.
