Core responsibilities
As a home health speech language pathologist, you will evaluate and provide speech/Language pathology services to patients in their homes. You will also participate in care coordination activities and maintain documentation as required.
Requirements summary
Candidates must meet the education and experience requirements for certification of clinical competence in speech language pathology or audiology granted by asha, with a minimum of six months of experience preferred. A current and unrestricted license and cpr certification are also required.
