Core responsibilities
The youth sports staff will instruct class participants in various sports, games, and activities, ensuring a quality experience for children and parents focused on ymca core values. Key duties include leading skill development, encouraging sportsmanship, assisting with age-Appropriate lesson plans, and monitoring the facility for safety.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be at least 15 years old and preferably have six months or more of related experience, along with a positive attitude and experience working with youth and diverse populations. Applicants must commit to promoting diversity, be able to pass background checks, and complete required child abuse prevention training.
