Job responsibilities
- Subjects to be taught: ELA and Integrated Math 1 and Math 2 (Algebra, Geometry and Statistic)
- Grade
- Level: 11th - 12th grade
- Provide tutoring support to small and large groups of students.
- Tutors will have access to information about class assignments
- Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
- Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
- Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students
Qualifications
- MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
- Teaching or tutoring experience is strongly desired
- Experience in behavioral management is desired.
- In-person availability is required
- Scheduled hours: Once a week (between Monday through Friday) from 8:30 AM to 11:25 AM PST
- Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
