In-School RBT - Registered Behavior Technician

Registered behavior technicians work directly with students in school settings to implement established service plans aimed at reducing challenging behaviors, increasing functional skills, and fostering independence. Responsibilities include establishing relationships with clients and school teams, implementing behavior therapy techniques, documenting interventions, and collecting behavior data.

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and either hold rbt certification or be willing to pursue it (Paid for by the employer). Educational requirements include an associate's or bachelor's degree, 48 college credits including specific math and english courses, or passing the parapro praxis assessment.
