Core responsibilities
The behavior technician implements clients’ behavior support plans to reduce problematic behaviors and provides aba-Based instruction to foster new skill development under the direction of a supervising bcba. This role involves monitoring client behavior, collecting relevant data, and reporting findings back to the supervising bcba while collaborating with the family.
Requirements summary
Candidates must meet specific educational and experience criteria, such as holding a high school diploma/Ged with 24 months of relevant experience, or an associate degree with 12 months of experience, or rbt certification with 12 months of experience. Other requirements include being 21 or older, having required evening/After-School availability, and possessing a valid driver's license.
