Service Coordinator, Early Intervention

Service coordinators will provide supports and services within the context of the family's typical routines to ensure meaningful relevance for the child's participation in their primary environments. Key duties include processing referrals, scheduling meetings, conducting standardized screenings, maintaining required documentation, and coordinating various planning and eligibility determination meetings.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field such as early childhood, child development, psychology, or social work, with specific coursework approval required by azdes/Azeip. Essential requirements include demonstrating knowledge of azeip policies, child development, professional teaming, and possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, along with passing a background clearance.
