The Success Mentor must establish and maintain a long-term relationship with elementary or middle school students and their families, focusing on supporting their social-emotional development over at least twelve months. Key duties include communicating with parents about student progress, providing necessary support and intervention, monitoring objectives, and collaborating within a team structure.
Applicants must have a minimum of three years of experience supporting the social-emotional well-being of elementary school students and excellent communication skills, including experience supporting diverse families. A High School Diploma is required, though a Bachelor's Degree in Child Psychology or Social Work is preferred.

Part-Time: Monday – Friday (Some evenings and weekends required)
This role requires you to be in-person.
Pay: $20-$25/hr
Salary is commensurate with experience, skills, education, and merit.

The Success Mentor will be required to report to the school building and interact with staff, students, parents, and school administration.
At time of offer and acceptance, the job requires safety and security clearances through the Department of Education and Department of Health.
