Career Coach

The role involves providing employment coaching by building relationships with customers and employers, offering job preparation skills, assisting with job placement, and following up on employed individuals' progress with a customer-First attitude. Responsibilities include supporting customers with resume/Cover letter preparation, interview preparation, career counseling, and developing employment opportunities.

Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in workforce development and/Or non-Profit work, along with customer service experience. A bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education/Training and experience (Professional and/Or lived) is highly valued.
