Residential Assistant (PRN)

Residential assistants provide supervision and support to youth in a shelter environment, ensuring their safety and helping them work towards individual goals. They engage in programming, prepare meals, and collaborate with the treatment team on youth progress.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have two years of experience working with at-Risk adolescents. A high school diploma is required, with some college preferred, along with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
