QualificationsQualifications: A doctorate in criminal justice, law, or related field. ABD or master’s degree with strong experience will be considered. Evidence of high-quality teaching and desire to actively participate in student mentorship is highly preferred. Student-focused educator committed to student learning, retention, persistence, and completion. History of successful engagement/experience with law enforcement, corrections, courts and/or related community services. A track record as a collaborative, servant-leader with outstanding written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
