Director of STEM & Workforce Readiness Programs (2607)

This role directs the development, implementation, and evaluation of outcome-Based stem and career readiness programs across three branch locations, taking primary responsibility for managing related grant objectives and initiatives. Key functions include leading strategic planning, managing operational goals, fostering community relationships, and ensuring program quality and safety standards are met.

Candidates need an associate's, bachelor's, or advanced degree in k-12 education, youth development, or a related field, along with at least two years of experience in a boys & girls club, k-12 school, or similar setting. Demonstrated success in planning/Supervising stem/Workforce readiness programs and proven project management skills are essential.
