Instructor - Nursing Assistant

Instructors are responsible for facilitating student learning and continuously developing curriculum to meet the needs of students and employers using instructional strategies that promote student success. Key duties include fostering learning through diverse strategies, assessing student outcomes using data, and managing the classroom environment with an emphasis on safety.

A minimum requirement is an associate degree in nursing and at least two years of occupational experience as a registered nurse, including one year supervising nursing assistants in a long-Term care agency. Applicants must possess active wisconsin registered nurse licensure and must be credentialed, or willing to become credentialed, as a primary na instructor.
