Youth mentors build professional, strengths-Based mentoring relationships with youth and stakeholders, focusing on fostering confidence, resilience, and positive growth through structured, community-Based support. Responsibilities include consistent face-To-Face mentoring, supporting individualized goal achievement, maintaining professional records, and participating in team meetings and training.

Candidates need an associate's degree or high school diploma plus relevant experience working with diverse youth, especially those who have experienced trauma. Essential qualifications include excellent communication, strong interpersonal and time management skills, reliable transportation, and dedication to principles of service and social justice.
