Clinical Social Worker - MSW or LCSW

The clinical social worker conducts patient assessments, develops treatment plans, provides supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and therapy for individuals and families facing various health-Related and personal challenges. They also facilitate discharge planning, collaborate with medical teams, and provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

A master's degree in social work from a cswe accredited program is required. While no specific experience is mandated, experience in social work and healthcare settings is preferred. Licensure as a licensed clinical social worker (Lcsw) is an expectation.
